I have a 130 hp honda outboard, year 2000. Main relay was clicking even with the key switch off. Replace main relay, engine cranks, I have spark, injectors are working, but I cannot get 12 volts to the electric fuel pump. If I manually put voltage to fuel pump it works fine. Checked all fuses, made sure I had 12.5 volts to main relay. HELP!
