Found this issue after a quick search on Google last night. My 2008 Accord EXL-V6 sedan suddenly had the same issue yesterday afternoon - all main gauges not working (speed, tach, gas, temp), indicator lights staying on, A/C not blowing cold air, etc. Figured it was something electrical / computer related, but no clue where to start.
Open the tailgate and remove the cargo floor lid. Pull out the bottom of the tailgate rubber seal. Remove the rear trim panel by pulling up on the inside edge of the rear trim panel, and unhooking the four clips and tabs.
