My Founder's Edition 4090 seems to hit a limit above +1000 which works out to 1450-1475 mhz tops in Port Royal. I can also pass with +1200 but don't feel it's stable in most games. +1300 or +1400 results in almost instant artifacts. In your answer please include the card vendor (Nvidia FE, Asus, MSI, etc.). With the latest V2.11 CP2077 is way better in my case, fluctuating between 96 and 99% GPU usage when ram is OC and P57/E44/R48, before it could fall at 84% GPU usage.
