Something like no, Apple will not allow Tesla to control Apple Car Play from the mini-music-player sized window, or it won't allow Tesla to use all of the ACP features except for navigation. Or maybe Tesla is waiting until Apple allows ACP over Bluetooth, since it's now focused on wireless charging. But maybe things can change in the future.
