Keep in mind, that no paint will last forever on a trailer like that, so using something that is easy to maintain/recoat is the best way to go. When Deck over type products fail, part of it will stick and that part is a real behr to get off or recoat. An epoxy would hold up, but again, when it starts to get beat up it is hard to redo.
