Cadillac cue not working.

Jun 26, 2017 · The steering wheel controls work fine and the backup cam. The AC works but I cant change the settings from the screen. I can change the temp and set it to Auto. The radio works but I have to use the steering wheel controls . Nothing has changed in the car. The CUE screens comes on but the touch part of the screen is not working for any command. There is a CUE issue, at least on XTS, that kills the weather app for some reason. Have your dealer set up a technical case with XM/Sirrius, and they will get it corrected. They were able to fix the XTS within a day. The 3 month trial is correct, it should be active and functioning.
