Cub cadet international 782.
My 782 hasn't had a deck on it for several years. Today I decided to put the deck back on to use. Worked to get the deck down out of the haymow and belt was still with it. The mule drive was never removed. Drove the tractor into the machine shed and went to lower the lift so I could get the deck on and the valve is froze up.
Do you have the CCC 782 wiring diagram too? Judging by the black front axle and large serial number tag in the picture in his other thread, he has a CCC-built unit. The 782 has a Command 18 transplant motor, and the 1A tiller has a non factory pulley on the bottom of the gearbox. So the factory belts don't fit. The serial number would be the last six sequential of the lower number, which above is 737324. There should not be two tractors sharing the same six digit sequential number. Take the looped wire and hook it to the rear part of the spring (hook area). Have the mechanic's wire threaded through the area between teh frame and the transmission.
