Combine that with great spells like sound burst, as well as awesome healing spells, and you have a match made in heaven. This character doesn't have much AOE DPS, but it makes up for that with very high single target dps. A fun build that will work from level 3-30.

If you don't have enough racial points, just don't put points in the halfling tree at end game. Fortunately, some ways exist that work for at least some players to alleviate the situation: Font size can be changed in-game: Options > UI Settings tab > Chat Font.Mantle of the icy soul lets you drop an ice storm (or any other cold aoe spell) and passively strip immunity. Freezing spray is a single target 25% damage multiplier. Henshin strikes are 10% damage multiplier. Fire version is easier since you can use flame blade spell on the way up. Strimtom's Eldritch Knight Wizard 20 True Neutral Warforged I chose warforged because it made self healing a non-issue and really tightened the whole experience. 10/10, def the best option for levelling and reincarnating.
