There are at least 5 other ways. Radakka purging wand. Braccus purging wand. Braccus helm. Slane (if you didn't kill him) You can also sneak past the shriekers if you have cloak and dagger and a few points in scoundrel. Or you can just recharge the wand you have. In the sanctuary.
