The dealer did not have any rebates on the l3800 but after it was all said and done I paid $21500 for it with the loader ( $1000 less than the l3901 with all the rebates ). I hope it was the right decision. Was in the same situation and chose the L3800 HST, FEL, R1 tires. Pricewise, I paid the same as you.
