I'm at Leper's Smile and I have made it to the Vescavor Queen. Problem is I can't find a way to beat it at all after trying 11 times. Any tips or ways to cheese the fight? I didn't know, would have made previous play through a lot easier. you get dr 5 and healing +10 for an hour. The swarms aren't a problem anymore

Ok [and I realize this may not be timely for some] I read this thread, then I went into game and tried them all and one [and only one] worked. I went into Leper's Smile with nothing to heal with except 1 scroll of "Cure Serious Wounds" [it was to test outcomes. It is NOT part of the solution] . This is 100% the issue.
