Wiper Problem. I has some snow fall off the roof at a stoplight that jammed the wipers at half stroke. I jumped out to clear the snow hoping to evade the thermal breaker that used to be in cars. Too late. With the switch off, the wipers parked in the middle and operation of the switch, in any position, did not run the wipers.It's not the same as resetting trouble codes where you have to go in and confirm. Some scanners will reset the readiness routine just by connecting them and/or reading the readiness status.
