Aug 13, 2022 · And for the valve clearances, I've heard two different specs, one is intake 0.004" and exhaust 0.006", and that other I heard from a youtuber who claimed this bike had 'very tight' valve clearances, said 0.002" intake, and 0.004" exhaust. 0.002" intake, and 0.004" exhaust is correct. Those are averages. Suzuki 750 king quad 30 amp fuse blowing. Well, ive gone over the whole bike and even water sealed my connectors and placed wires where rubs could happen in protective flexible conduit. Its worked great for a while, now the problem has returned with a vengeance. The 30 amp fuse is blowing even when the key is off.BTW this Suzuki is a LT-F4WDX King Quad, year is 1996. Owners manual has no mention of fuel filter that I can find. In all probability I will be ordering parts on line- Any reccomendations pos or neg would be appreciated. Have a lcl dealer but I have reservations with that. It does seem to run fine with a little throttle. as soon as i let go it stalls. any help would be great. Thanks,
