USA. I placed a $72 order with Uber Eats, and one item was missing. I complained to them, and they simply reply with the following: "I appreciate you letting us know about the missing item and I understand this experience has been frustrating, but this order isn’t eligible for a refund. This literally just happened to me tonight. Uber Eats constantly messes up my food and now I guess they don’t want to take responsibility anymore and said my account can no longer receive refunds.
