Best lucky pants build.
So im trying a build with lucky pants but it seems bugged? Whenever i pullout an handcanons sometimes it doesnt give me the buff and when the timer after the buff ends i need to switch weapons and then switch back to get the buff again, and even then sometimes it doesnt give me it.

This isn't a double primary build like my other lucky pants builds. I used a royal executioner and only pulled it out for yellow bars after the lucky pants timer depleted. Noble rounds override the radiant buff so you can't stack the two, but you could have one or the other running the entire time your fighting so you'll be juiced.

Bottom tree nightstalker is my go GM build. Heart of the pack, massive damage buffs with quiver, and lots of invisibility to get out of tricky situations, not to mention spamming grenades when making teamates invis. So the main thing with lucky pants is it's a cycle. Normally it works like this. Switching to the [fully loaded] hand cannon increases damage per hit for only 6 seconds up to 600% but this is PVE only according to Destiny item Manager. You'll still benefit from the accuracy cone and extra handling stats tho.
