If you can blood or fire affinity the nagakiba, than yes. Build Arcane and make the Nagakiba Occult, a blood ash of war will give very good bleed although it’s been nerfed quite a bit 😭. My knee jerk reaction to RoB is primal rage, but if you're using it PvE and you're good at rolling, do dual katanas all the way. 😅 If you're focusing on pvp, you may want to move more points into arcane and use the bleed infusion to build up bleed as fast as possible since bleed bypasses defense when it procs. If you're more interested in purely pve, you may want to go for a keen infusion and Seppuku, Chilling Mist, or just greases. Hope that helps.
