Depends on what you want to do. I think that a paladin/warlock 7/5 is what I would consider a top-tier build alongside sword bard multiclass, str monk tavern brawler, and eb damage rider spam builds. All of those builds exploit bg3 specific quirks and/or itemization to dramatically increase their effectiveness beyond the curve, so to speak.

Bladelock honestly doesn't fit the concept as neatly as the other two imo, but it has the advantage of only needing Charisma since you can use it for both skills and attacking. That's basically it tho, nothing else about Warlock really leans into this concept. Lastly, a note on Fighter: They kinda lose the charismatic aspect completely.

So i'd argue most martial classes are better off going "bladelock" for more actions. For example Paladin and Fighter both get extra attack at level 5, but they don't stack. But if you go Paladin and Warlock, you get extra attack from both of them which is huge. With how Bg3 is, and with you wanting only a dip and not full-blown multiclass the only options I see are Fighter1/Warlock11, Cleric1/Warlock11, Pala2/Warlock10.
