I personally don't play anarchy gaige. I just chain discord and use my hail to wreck some face. I go through the air strike skill in ordered chaos, then all the way through LBT, and the rest of my points go in BFF. I've been using a simple "Deputy" build for Gaige. I focused on maximizing Anarchy stacks, Blood-Soaked Shields, and Nth Degree. I use a Coach Gun mostly (rarity doesn't matter) with a 2 base mag size. This drops to 1 with Smaller, Lighter, Faster so I use only 1 ammo per shot and build up Anarchy stacks quickly on the fly.

Anarchy is cool, but it requires that you have a "stacking weapon" like a Jacob's shotgun with low mag and high reload speed, and an "Anarchy weapon". (lots of projectiles/pellets to maximize the benefit) Anarchy Gaige is one of the rare builds that can make a Dahlminator absolutely crush.
