For some additional context, the specific wording of Esoteric Lore doesn't call out that it can't be trained or increased by any other means like it says for Bardic Lore, Gossip Lore, or Loremaster Lore. So this has me leaning heavily toward allowing players to train it if they want to invest the skill increases or feats.

The trigger is when you gain no information on a recall knowledge check.
