Our eufycam 2C has been plugged into the charger for at least 6 hours and it’s still only showing half battery. Also the app only shows the animated charging icon for a little while, and then it stops, even though the solid blue light is on the camera the whole time. Any ideas? Worked perfectly for quite awhile with the eufycam solar panel I purchased with the camera. Always maintained a 100% charge. Then Eufy did a firmware update on January 9th, 2024 and it stopped charging the camera. On a whim I switched in settings to "battery" and it started charging again. If I switch it back to solar panel it stops charging.
