It's like a popping, fluttering sensation in my lower right abdomen. Doesn't feel 'deep', it's almost under the skin (and fat). Not really near an ovary but I suppose it could be, moves from the side of my belly button down the way. Not painful just bloody annoying. I've had it a week.
