I can get it to lock IF I pick up on the deck while operating the hydraulics. is there an adjustment or could something have broken? it raises fine just wont go to and latch at the top. Chris, first try to adjust the clutch. I attached some images from the manual. check the wiring. If the wiring does not reveal any problem and a clutch adjustment does not resolve it, it may be time to replace the clutch. Also check on here. Also try adjusting your height knob to TOP after putting deck all the way down, see if that helps, the adjustment knob pawls (notches) could be worn to not catch the knob. I like to tighten mine up to prevent my quick hitch from drooping down when it's just sitting in the garage. That's the rate of drop knob, which also may be causing this issue.
