War Dogs will NOT be the secondary team in scourge. Due to the fact BA is an important raid team, if this is all you will be able to have for the scourge, then you should do okay. That said, most reliable sources for actual gameplay feel Wakanda/War dogs will be the primary team that the scourge is tuned for.

That's a pretty good team. If you've managed to unlock ZIM you can also run the three TW with Undying. I run Tangled web with my Eternals. Then I put my new warriors with hela and Loki since they were homeless after the hero asgardian rework and synergize nicely. Symbiote Spiderman gives them 30% Health.
IW is annoying because they keep Safeguard, Defense Up & Immunity for an extended period of time lowering the offensive teams turn bonus. Im in masters so really the best way for me to pull out a win is to create defenses that burn that turn bonus mostly, because everyone is able to one shot each team basicallyBoth have better stats and are actually useful in Endgame. Not forget that Web Warriors are even outside Raids pretty good. While Cloak and Dagger are the ticket for an easy time in DD5 City, make sure that is where you want to sink your mystic gear.
