The new Kongo with Voidslingers is pretty OP. Same with all the usual Voidslinger & Religious Civ combo suspects (ie. Peter). Hermetic Order is almost always worse than one of the other three but when you can line it up with a Civ that produces GPP (my experience is mostly Brazil & Scotland) you can get really insane yields which is fun.
