You need a beta or gamma capacitor for that to happen, and those mods don’t exist for this weapon. It has to drop with all 3 already attached Aligned flamer barrel can be added later with a box mod but if you roll a Groll quad it's useless with a flamer. The Enclave flamer drops with a fixed configuration with few mods available for it. Basically, the mods includes scopes and flamer barrels. There is a prime plan for the receiver, but that's it for plans. So, you basically need the Enclave Plasma Rifle to drop with a Reflex sight and that is the most sought after version.Good for me, if not many others, as I run commando and have an Enclave plasma flamer for when I'm getting swamped.
