Rebuilt 351W won't start. I recently rebuilt my 351 windsor. It has the following: Installed in a 1970 Mach 1 with a 3 speed toploader. The engine cranks over fine, the spark plugs have all been checked and work when grounded to the block, the firing order is definitely correct, the timing is set to 15 degrees.
