Since Bethesda pushed the latest Skyrim SE update (1.6.1130) users have been reporting a problem where all of their plugins get disabled in-game after launching. While initial reports seemed to blame Vortex/MO2 for this action. It turns out to have been related to an SKSE mod that is not fully compatible with the base game.
What version of Skyrim are these mods for? Active development is all being done for Skyrim Special Edition 1.5.97 so this is the version we would recommend. The earlier SE HDT-SMP files were full of problems, but Hydrogen seems to have a fairly stable issue for Skyrim 1.5.62, which is the set I have had working with CBP-C. That said there are still glitches, and a few modded items are to be avoided.
