The base is located in the forest, off the main road that leads through Pitstop. Coming from East, you need to turn North right after the "Black Coffee" place, leaving the main road onto the grassy section, then find your way through the maze of broken down roads. The place location is included in the collage.The reason for this secret military base was probably that military accessories used to only spawn there (clothes, backpacks, etc.). But if you go there, you’ll find that map is lying and dirt road that lead you somewhere. This may get you lost in the woods or get killed.
