I've had 2 Honda's with 4-cyl engines' granted f-series. One had 280000 miles, one has 157000 miles. Neither has had valves adjusted. Not to say a valve adjustment might not improve performance after 280000 miles. However, after 100 K it's not likely to be critical. Remember, dealers are usually over priced.

On a B14 service I was quoted $250 for the B1 portion and $1500 for the B4 portion of the service. Adding taxes it was going to be approaching $2,000. I called the dealer I bought the vehicle from (a 100 kms away) and they quoted $242.88 for B1 and $1,269.88 for the B4 portion. That’s a difference of $237 before taxes.

The maintenance minder already comes on at the end of the oil life so, I wouldn't go very far. 100-150 miles or finishing a trip is how I'd do it. The real answer is zero miles but, it's hard to say if you'll damage the engine if you exceed it.
