I have a question relating the UWorld. I'm in my first rotation of 3rd year and it happens to be Internal Medicine. I've been doing UWorld questions and I have about 450 left from the 1400+ Medicine category. I'm getting worried though because my percentages aren't ideal. My overall is measly 65% which puts me in the 45th percentile.Keep a consistent schedule for studying throughout the entire medicine rotation. This can be a long rotation (up to 12 weeks at some schools) and you shouldn’t save your shelf study for the end. Not true about the second part of your comment. My school is 10th percentile to pass, so like 4 of my close friends have failed the psych shelf with a 79% equating to the 9th percentile, and I got 84th percentile with a 87%. I get how percentiles work, but that is wack.

Theres usually a couple omm questions but not really worth studying for. If u have the questions from prior shelves their pretty helpful.

I did all of UWorld's medicine questions, and watched Emma Holliday's review 3 times before the test and I had a 76 on the test (just a bit above average I believe). I also made ANKI flash cards.
