Re-wired my alternator to be a one wire but can seem to charge below 2000rpm. This is what I have done. Connected red wire to red wire going to starter solenoid on battery positive side. Sorry for the crappy pic, was early in the morning. Will try and get a better one today and change the pic out. Highly recommend the 1.25" body lift.

A better fix might be to turn the pinion up towards the transfer case anyway, if you have driveline problems after removing the shims on the skid plate.The Nutter bypass actually gets rid of about 75% of the wiring under the hood and several sensors not used. Biggest advantage is the elimination of 23+ years of old wires and sensors that may or may not be working correctly. The only way would be to check each circuit seperately and measure it against the factory tolerances.Motorcraft Vaccum Leak.
