Has anyone successfully gotten a refund from JustFly? I just cancelled my flight within 24 hours. I did it online, swallowed the $150 "cancellation fee" and even called them to confirm. The agent I spoke to said I would get a refund within 2-10 business days but I am nervous now due to all these reviews. Never booking through a third-party again.

I checked directly on the airlines website and my flights are there, booked, and ticketed. No complaints on this end so far. Here I am 48 hours later, no updates, no calls, no confirmed ticket, the airline says they still have nothing from Justfly, and I'm on hold with Justfly for the 5th time. This is not worth it. It's too late for me to get another flight at any reasonable cost and my bookings in Japan are long past their return.
