On the east side of the map is a cogitator that needs an electoo, whatever that may be, but I have no clue where to find it.

I also did Kiava Gamma first, but I did the derelict space hulk in the system to the left from where you start. And learned that it was an escaping ship from Kiava Gamma. They had locked themselves in the ships monastery while the rest of the crew succumbed, one of them was using his own body to filter and purify the chaos taint.
