Being evil in Wrath requires more pragmatism because it's a literal end of the world scenario. None of your petty little power-hungry egomaniacal ideas matter if you're dead. Swarm-That-Walks is the only one that actually works even remotely because it's basically "fuck literally everything".

Lich used to be pretty attractive for melee builds. You got around 10 stgnth, 10 dex, and depending on your level a good hp bonus. However that was removed with either a hotfix, or a patch ( I forget) I had a Qautermaster monk that obliterated enemies. Now it would just be slightly above average. I dont really reccomend either as a lich.
