Apr 26, 2008 · A friend of mine uses Hevi 13 with their .660 choke and he throws some awesome patterns. The guys at Indian Creek recommended that shell to him. They told him to be sure to shoot the Hevi 13 shell that had the most shot in it. I think the 3.5" Hevi 13 Bronze shell has 2 ounces, maybe 2.25 ounces of shot in it.

The 695 jebs in 12 ga is of most use to duck hunters but mods do just as good from other choke makers and pattern bigger shot way better. Light mod is all guy really needs for chokes with steel shot loads. Not much differrence in patterns from 695 to 690 with three steel just tad more open and more even in 695.
