There are 2 reasons the augur is not turning. 1) is because the motor is not working properly and not turning the augur or 2) the augur is jammed and not able to turn. You said you just put it together and put pellets in. Were the pelets wet before and dried or were they a little damp when you put them in?To make the auger motor work, take the auger out of the pellet grill and remove the blockage caused by the resolidified pellets.
