I tested the coil pack using an ohm meter going from ground on the coil to the plug wire and have 0 resistance on both terminals. Testing both plug wire terminals at the same time I get 0 Resistance.Here's what I know: 2014 Ranger 800 6 x 6 with 8000+ miles; 670 + hours. I am the second owner (300 miles, 50 hours on my watch). Worked fine untill recently. Both test at 1017 ohms. (proper number is 1000 ohms +/- 10%) - The coil measures at 2.2 ohms on each part of the primary side (1-2 and 2-3). Book says 0.4 ohms.
