Gently unsnap the lower dash from its holders. You don't need to remove the screws holding the inner dash. Take the lower steering column cover off.

From the diagrams I'm looking at it appears that the blower motor resistor is not working and/or the climate control module has a short. I would recommend replacing the blower motor resistor first. And the climate control module second. When I pull up codes on the dash is it says 7T4T-010849CF.
