My son has a service dog and paid for pet insurance through Bivvy. His comments: "Bivvy denied any responsibility to their system deleting my claims. About 12 months of claims they did not do. No refund, no help, complete denial of service. "It's pretty shady for a pet insurance company to deny claims when he paid the premiums religiously.
