Fallout 4 beginning stuck.

The quest “End of Beginning” will not initiate. It’s has been many in-game days. Below is my situation outlined as well as my experience with CPD. Try to run the game full screen like normal. This worked for me. I also would change the max fps for fallout 4 to be 72 or else the game will break. IE run faster like dialogue and stuff.
