I’m pretty sure the mod creator could try to rebuild it from the ground up, but that would be a monumental task, so I believe he is instead waiting for the game to fix the aspect of npcs that broke blaster fire. I've spent the latter of two days trying to get the outer rim to work properly, nothing seems to work properly, some mods are conflicting and some just don't make the game work overall. I was wondering if someone has a full mod pack file for the ease of installing? I'm using the vortex mod manager, I hope this might give some added context. Thanks!
