I know I'm late to this discussion, but I did just what you are considering. Turned Panzer m4 into H2O clone. Duracoated and replaced PG stock with a "Turknelli" fixed stock from deltamike.co.n. It was around 75 after shipping. I just had to buy a longer bolt to attach stock to recoil tube.
