Skyrim is a very badly balanced Game and Ordinator doesn't fix that. It makes more Builds viable but it also makes the Game easier but since Vanilla Skyrim is already broken once you start enchanting yourself, it doesn't really matter. Maybe add some Difficulty Mods, if you're afraid of becoming overpowered. The Balance of Power quest has been completed, all the tasks are done, but there is a bug or something where it stays in my active quests instead of showing as a completed quest. I assume that is why I can’t start Restoring Order, even though it’s in my lineup of active quests.

Strangely I haven’t found this bug mentioned anywhere else but if anyone finds a solution let me know. Same problem, btw resurrecting him and killing him dosent work, I've tried it, I'd love to know the Quest ID for the balance of power quest, then I'd be able to use the quest debug mod to fix it.
