Or, just uninstall everything and start fresh. The crash log looks like there's a lot of messy stuff happening, so it might be best to just do that. Are you using SKSE64? if so, try booting normal skyrim instead of SKSE skyrim and see if the problem persists. SKSE can be unstable with so many mods installed (in my experience)
