Vokrii is just the vanilla perks with some balancing. For people that want to play a normal Skyrim build with minimal changes that's what the mod is for. Ordinator is a overhaul, it changes the perk trees so much that you can do totally different things and make so much more unique builds. Enai is most likely done with Skyrim modding and taking time off until Starfield.
