He said the fuse failed whenever they replaced it & they replaced it twice. I've looked at several diagrams & checked the 120 amp Battery fuse, but it's fine.

Remove drive belt tensioner (14mm screw on lower, idler pulley; 12mm screw at very bottom). This was easier than removing AC compressor as said in manual. Disconnect plugs and wires to alternator, push out of the way.
