1. Open ARK. 2. Click Host/Local. 3. Scroll down in the left pane. 4. Drag the slider for Non-Dedicated Host Tether Distance. You can also type in a number if you want to increase it above 3.0. If you type something like 999999999999 you can get the tether to be as long as the map. "but" the tether is there for a reason.This has to be a deliberate decision on the game developer's part. Give us back the option to increase tether distance. If it's too much for our computer, then so be it, we will have to change it back. I just posted a guide. You can add a line to your Enging.ini file to fix the FoV on 32:9 ! It will look a lot better. The weapons won't take up so much of the screen. Just note that you may need to lower the in-game FoV after applying this fix if you already adjusted it. UltraWide 32:9 Field of View fix (less zoomed-in)
