Bowfa without crystal armour.

Carlssen. • • Edited. Bowfa was 140m ish, Crystal was 6x armour seeds at around 6.3m a pop, corrupting the bow was the big headache as the money pretty much disappears. I farmed Crystal imps for a day or so, grew Crystal trees for a week which helped offset some of the cost for shards. DetectiveWoofles. • 2 yr. ago. Bowfa is ~150m. 6x Crystal Armour Seeds are ~9m ea so 54m. Best shard/gp is enhanced crystal teleport seed, each gives 150 so you need 2 for armour and 14 for corrupted Bowfa. And before you say "bp was better back then", yes ok BUT it wasn't anywhere CLOSE to the power full crystal armor + bofa is. People just grinded with worse gear for a longer time.

It’s still a better crystal bow so useable for sure , and sees good use at lizardman shamans (where you can’t use the armor anyway) as a free to use alternative to bp. I would try to limit the use pre corruption though, which is likely if you don’t have the armor yet. If it is though go wild.

I'm a bit burnt out on money slug right now but I have 100m earned in runelite tracker. Mole with bowfa+cannon is chill and pretty decent money. Zulrah is probably your best bet in all honesty for a quick rebuild. Basically a zero risk boss. So basically I'm gonna try and liquidate 70%ish of my bank to get the BOFA and crystal set.

Venge tank with cannon. There's a video of a zero damage prayer flick method with thralls and cannon. You have to be a fucking gamer tho but it's technically the best method without craws. Bowfa is comparable to tbow in the sense that bofa < tbow. They both have the same attack range, although bowfa hits faster (4t vs 5t), tbow is better against all the important monsters (jads, zuk, mages). If you're learning you want all these monsters to go down as quickly as possible. Thing is you probably should not wait for tbow to drop.You also get armor seeds, but they’re useless without the enhanced seed since regular crystal bow is still trash. I got Bowfa almost a year ago, used it to learn bandos 9:0 and kril 8:0, made a lot of money. Best use is for anything where you can avoid taking damage.
