The 43x is a better AIWB gun, for me. The grip length is a non-issue when carried in that position, I can do so with a t-shirt as cover and not print at all. The thinness helps quite a bit aiwb, and the grip length makes drawing a breeze. The 26 isn't a bad aiwb gun, but it feels chunky and the short grip makes the draw more challenging.

I’m under the impression that the only difference between the 43x and 43x mos is the optic cut. I don’t think it repositions the rear sight location further back like the 19mos does. And it wasn’t that I couldn’t shoot with a red dot. A red dot feels like cheating.
