The serial number on the lower receiver looks strange because it’s on an indented oval. Never seen that before. If there is a Steyer proofmark on the lower, you will be able to find it easily. Should be one on the bolt carrier too. They should be all over. This could be a DSA rifle built on an Imbel. It’s really tough to say right now.
